Just over 30 years ago my mother Christine Weber and I moved to Osage Beach on beautiful Lake of the Ozarks.  Things were a little quiet back then but when you looked at the natural beauty around the lake we knew it  was a good place to live.  Mother thought it would be a great place to have a business and grow and prosper as more people discovered the lake.

We lived right on the lake then and I live right on the lake now.  I have coffee every morning looking at the water and I think how lucky I am to have a such wonderful place live and sell real estate.  If you haven't seen the moon reflect across the lake you are missing the most beautiful sight you will ever see.

30 years ago mother opened the first CENTURY 21 at Lake Ozark next to the old Arrowhead lodge.  Today our Lake Ozark office is just across the street just in front of city hall.  She and other members of the Bagnell Dam board of REALTORS worked long and hard to promote and advertise Lake of the Ozarks.  IT WORKED.  We brought in home buyers, home builders, potential business owners and developers.  Today we are a thriving community with world class shopping and boating to match.
